Sweet Corn is back…
This week at the markets we will have the first of the fall season Organic Sweet Corn. I had some for dinner last night and it is wonderful. They just need a minute or two in boiling water and then they are ready to serve. The Organic Sweet Corn never lasts long at the market, so make sure to get there early.
As well, Mary will be sampling Rosa Lynn and Fuji organic apples this week at both the Uptown and the Old Town Scottsdale markets. These apples are perfect for fall baking or to send in school lunch boxes.
We will also have Organic Burr Gherkin cucumber pickles that have just been jarred for us by Cotton Country. They are some of the best pickles you will ever taste.
See you at the markets!
It’s interesting that your farm is about 3 blocks from my house but I have to drive all the way to Scottsdale to buy your products. Isn’t there an easier way for me to do this?

Hi! Thank you for your interest. The Wednesday market is much closer than the Scottsdale market. We are at Uptown Market on Wednesdays at Central and Bethany Home Road. Because our farm is a working farm where we are planting, harvesting, washing and trimming the produce we harvest six days a week, we are unequipped to sell to the public from either of our farm locations.
