Sugar Snap Peas and Noble Bread…

March 3, 2017

Good news – there will NOT be a spring training game tomorrow, March 4th, in Scottsdale so there should be no problem finding parking during the Old Town Scottsdale Farmers’ Market.  However, there will be an abundance of Sugar Snap Peas fresh from the front garden.  The Sugar Snap Peas are so crisp and sweet right now.  We have been enjoying them on salads, as a snack, or sautéed.

Noble Bread will also be with us tomorrow with a wonderful selection of their breads.  If you don’t know the story behind Noble Bread, I wrote about them awhile ago, you can read it here.  Since then, it has been a joy to see Noble Bread grow and become a beloved staple at the markets.  Their new eatery on 24th Street has been getting rave (& well deserved) reviews.  I recently met my mother there for lunch and we were both impressed.  (The Burrata toast is well worth a visit!)  Come pick up some Noble Bread at the markets and make the Noble Eatery a stop next time you are looking for a lunch place.
