Shishitos at the market…

The Shishito peppers are now in season and bigger than before.  These peppers are my summer go to appetizer.  Easy and quick to sautéed or grill, they only need a little sprinkle of sea salt and are then ready to serve.  We will also have a large selection of those wonderful heirloom tomatoes and organic sweet corn that were a hit last week. Stop by the Uptown Wednesday market tomorrow to pick some up!
