Blood oranges…

Blood orange season is in full swing. These beauties will be at both the Old Town Scottsdale and the Uptown Saturday farmers’ markets tomorrow. Blood oranges have a berry undertone to their complex flavoring and are loaded with antioxidants. Their bright red juice is wonderful on its own or as an accent in your cooking or cocktails. We also love to toss some segments from blood oranges on salads. Stop by either market tomorrow to pick some up, but come early, blood oranges are always popular!
